- Transfer Duty - A mandatory government tax.
- Transfer Fees - The conveyancing attorney's fee for transfering the property into your name.
- Bond Fees - The registering attorney's fee for registering the bond over the property in your name.
- Deeds Office Levy - An administrative fee charged by the Deeds Office for amending the Title Deed.
- Post & Petties - Towards telephone and postage costs incurred by the attorneys.
- Bank Valuation Fee - The bank's fee for sending one of their valuators to view the property.
- Initiation Fee - Banks administrative fee for raising the bond.
